Applications to Pickering College are processed on a rolling basis. There is no deadline, however it is recommended that you submit your application as early as possible. Please contact the admissions office (admission@pickeringcollege.on.ca) if you have any questions.

 

Please submit the following:

  • Application form (Click Here)
  • Application fee ($150 day, $200 boarding, payable by check or wire transfer. Note: If you prefer to pay your application fee by credit card please contact Admissions directly (admission@pickeringcollege.on.ca).
  • Report cards for current school year and final records from previous three years (Ontario residents must also submit Ontario Student Transcript)
  • Birth certificate copy for Canadian applicants. Passport copy for international applicants.
  • Photo (wallet size)
  • Teacher recommendation (click here) sent in confidence direct from school to Pickering College
  • SSAT exam results for students applying to Grades 7 - 12 (register at www.ssat.org/Ontario)
  • (Note: students applying to JK - Grade 6 will be contacted for an assessment at Pickering College)
  • TOEFL or SLEP score (for students whose first language is not English)

Upon receipt of the above you will be contacted by the Admission Office for a personal interview. (For students outside Ontario, interviews may be conducted by telephone.)

Upon completion of the application process, files are reviewed by our Admission Committee and you will be notified of the admissions decision.

Boarding students from outside Ontario (or Canada) will need to have a local custodian. The custodian should be someone living within the Greater Toronto area who is prepared to act on behalf of the parents. If the student has no custodian please contact the Admission Office for assistance.

Students who are not Canadian citizens may need to apply for a Study Permit and Visitor Visa before coming to Canada.
