Grade 10 math students celebrate Pi Day

 
On Thursday March 4th, the Grade 10 math classes participated in our 2nd annual Pi Day Celebrations.  Students listened to a Pi story, created Pi pins, completed Pi trivia and word searches, as well as recited the digits of Pi.  The winners of the recitation contest were:  Derreck Veitch reciting 100 digits and Keith Lau reciting 88 digits.  Congratulations!

Pi Day was organized by Ms. Smith, Mrs. Matthews, Mr. Birt, and Ms. Rife
