Welcome to the admission process at Pickering College!
At Pickering College we strive to ensure that there is a good fit between each student, his/her family and the school. As prep school, offering a challenging academic curriculum, we consider each student’s academic performance and potential in the admission process. At the same time however, we look for well-rounded students who: demonstrate character and share the values of the school, will actively contribute to school life and are willing to work hard and risk being the best person that they can be.
When to Apply:
At Pickering College, our academic program commences at the beginning of September and ends in the middle of June each year. We encourage all applicants to apply as early as possible – preferably one year in advance of planned enrolment, due to the limited availability of space at each grade level (from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12). International students must also apply early enough to allow time to apply for their Study Permit to come to Canada (a process which can take anywhere up to five months or more).
How to Apply:
Step 1. Complete and submit the application form together with the application fee
You may complete the application online or send a copy of the print version by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax: 1-905-895-1306 or post to: Pickering College Admissions, 16945 Bayview Avenue, Newmarket, Ontario, L3Y 4X2 Canada.
Please ensure you complete all sections of the form. At this time of year we have limited space in some Grades, so contact the Admission Office at email@example.com to let us know of your application before paying the application fee. Your application fee of $150 CAD (for day students) or $200 CAD (for boarding students) payable by cheque (Canadian residents only), wire transfer or credit card.
Don't forget to send the supporting documents!
In addition to the application form, please submit the following documentation by email, courier or post:
