Inspiring Leaders Since 1842
Pickering College is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12. For over 180 years, we have nurtured young people in a caring community that combines enriched academics, athletics, and leadership opportunities, preparing students not only for university, but for life.
At the heart of every student’s journey is our Global Leadership Program. From the earliest grades through graduation, students engage in fully integrated, enriched programming that challenges them to think critically, act creatively, and connect their learning to the wider world.
Through this program, students:
- Consider the global context with depth and empathy
- Develop the skills to participate meaningfully in a complex world
- Transform theory into action, assessing the impact of their choices
- Embrace creative and innovative decision-making across academics and activities
Graduates of Pickering College emerge as confident, capable, and courageous leaders, innovative thinkers and ethical changemakers, true to our values and prepared to make a positive difference in the world.
