Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the Seasonal Boutique! Each year, more than 1,000 shoppers have kicked off their holiday shopping at Pickering College’s Seasonal Boutique. Featuring 50 select boutique vendors offering a range of goods to suit every taste, this year’s event will take place in Egan House on Pickering College’s campus.

Vendor Agreement

This agreement confirms my commitment to sell my product at Pickering College, 16945 Bayview Avenue, Newmarket, Ontario, L3Y 4X2, on Saturday, November 18, 2023.

The space contracted is to be used solely by the company and/or representatives of the company listed in this agreement.

Space will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis and Pickering College reserves the right to assign the space regardless of vendor preference should it be necessary to do so. Payment is non-refundable and written notice of cancellation must be received no later than 10-days prior to the event (November 9, 2023).

I understand that a portion of the proceeds from the Pickering College Holiday events will be donated to a local charity chosen by Pickering College and the event planning committee. Vendors are not expected to donate a portion of sales to the event.

It is understood that the vendor is responsible for the following:
  • Vendor tables must be ready for event opening on Saturday, November 18 at 10:00 a.m.
  • Access to electrical outlets is limited, on a first request basis. Please plan your setup accordingly.
  • Where electrical service is available, vendors must supply their own extension cords which must be affixed to the floor.
  • All vendors are responsible to bring a tablecloth, décor, set-up and pack up.
  • Vendors will handle their own cash-out, cash float, cheque, and credit card transactions. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included.
  • Vendors and/or attending company representatives are responsible for keeping their vendor space free of any condition that may be deemed a fire or safety hazard to persons or property.
  • Vendors agree to have their table packed up by 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The premises are to be vacated as they were found.
It is understood that the Pickering College Seasonal Boutique event planning committee will provide the following benefits:
  • Audience for business promotion and merchandise sales
  • Social media promotion of the event 
  • Group vendor signage at entranceways
  • Business name included in event materials, the Pickering College event website
  • One or two 6-ft table(s) (depending on selected package) for vendors in Egan House, Pickering College
  • Event staff on site to facilitate the Seasonal Boutique event
Notice of Liability

I understand that Pickering College, the Seasonal Boutique event organizers and any event volunteers are not responsible for damage, injury or loss to any persons or property that may result from the vendors participation in this event.

In addition, Pickering College, the Seasonal Boutique event organizers and any volunteers assume no responsibility for the security of any property of the vendor or authorized representatives.
