Our faculty includes the Head of School and a dedicated team of teachers, many of whom hold post‑graduate degrees and bring a wide range of expertise to the classroom. Recognized for their own academic achievements and professional talents, they share a genuine passion for learning and guide students not only through coursework but also as trusted advisors. They remain committed to ongoing growth, continually expanding their knowledge through continued education and professional development.

Our administrative and support staff play an essential role in ensuring that teachers have the tools, resources, and environment they need to create a stimulating, safe, and welcoming space for every student.

Members of the Corporation

The Pickering College Corporation is comprised of up to 40 members and is responsible for electing the Pickering College Board of Directors. The overall role of the Corporation is to hold the school in trust and to ensure long-term success. At the Annual General Meeting, Corporation Members receive the Board-approved financial statements and reports from the auditor and Board Committees, elect Members for the Corporation and Directors for the Board and appoint an auditor annually. Members support the overall strategic initiatives of Pickering College, serving as advisors and ambassadors, and abide by the provisions of the school’s governing documents and policies. Members are elected from among the constituents of Pickering College, including Quakers, parents, alumni, and leaders from our local community.

Board of Directors

This group of notable volunteers provides leadership and direction for Pickering College. The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of the school, establishing the vision, mission and strategic plan, working towards the school’s strategic initiatives, appointing the Head of School and conducting an annual performance review, demonstrating leadership in philanthropic giving, serving as a role model for the school, practicing good governance, ensuring legal compliance, and communicating with the PC community.

Senior Administration

The Senior Administration of Pickering College is responsible for academic and co-curricular programs, personnel, budget development and administration, operational policies, physical plant maintenance, admissions, marketing and communications, and institutional advancement. The Management Team meets once a cycle (every eight days) to make decisions, review important matters in the life of the school, and monitor progress toward short-term and long-term goals.
