New this year
In addition to the popular Arts Academy and STEM Challenge, we are excited to announce Harvest Hub @ Blue & Silver Farm, Leadership Skills, Leader-In-Training, Create & Design, and Music.
With a long history of offering exceptional experiential education to students, we are proud to incorporate these principles and offer students the opportunity to build new skills, try new activities, as well as having a fun camp experience. A delicious and nutritious lunch is provided daily for campers in our beautiful dining hall.

Harvest Hub @ Blue & Silver Farm (Grades 4-8)
Enjoy an action-packed week of wilderness exploration, farm-to-table cooking and crafts, and connecting with nature at our new Harvest Hub Camp. Campers will be bused from our main campus to our nearby Blue & Silver Farm daily to take part in this innovative outdoor experience.
Delicious, organic snacks and lunch prepared from local food are included. This program includes overnight camping at the farm on the Thursday night of each week where campers will cook over the fire, enjoy a stargazing hike and sleep in canvas tents on wooden platforms.

Arts Academy (Grades 5-8)
Campers who enjoy the arts will love our Multimedia Arts weeks where they explore a range of hands-on mediums including sculpture, digital photography, visual arts, radio production and graphic design.
Campers will have the opportunity to connect to the local community and design work in support of a not-for-profit. Each week will highlight different arts and allow Campers to create new pieces for exhibition.

Leadership Skills (Grades 5-8)
Campers in this program will enjoy a series of personal leadership development activities including participating in and designing their own leadership games, personal health and fitness plans, outdoor education and a weekly excursion to leadership challenge sites such as treetop trekking, rock climbing and escape rooms.
They will have the opportunity to reflect on their abilities as a leader, and to refine their skills through leading activities with younger campers.

Leader-In-Training (Grades 5-8)
Campers in this program will specifically focus on the camp environment, and what it takes to be a successful camp counsellor.
They will spend time considering their own strengths, and areas of improvement as a leader. They will develop leadership plans through fun activities, and work together to develop their leadership skills.
In the second half of the week, they will work with a camp group to lead activities, receiving feedback from a senior staff member. They will also have the opportunity to attend a weekly excursion to leadership challenge sites such as treetop trekking, rock climbing and escape rooms.

STEM Challenge (Grade 5-8)
Creative students who are interested in new ways of exploring math and science will enjoy working together through hands-on and fun-filled math and science activities designed to promote community and collaboration among peers of all levels.
This program is built around solving real life challenges through design thinking and experimentation. This program utilizes our academic buildings as well as our full outdoor campus.
To further develop their leadership skills, students will create and lead a challenge activity for younger campers.

- Week 7: July 29-August 2, 2024
Create & Design (Grades 5-8)
Students in this program will have the opportunity to experiment with product making in our Makerspace, using equipment like our 3D printers, CNC mill, Laser Cutter and Engraver and Cricut machines.
They will be offered the opportunity to solve problems through making new prototypes and will exhibit their inventions at the end of the week in a design showcase.

Music (Grades 6-8)
Concert band musicians will enjoy our weeklong immersive band experience. Campers will have fun learning new repertoire together, engaging in game-based theory activities and preparing for a Friday afternoon performance. At least one year of experience on their instrument is necessary. Campers will need to provide their own instrument.

Drop off and Pick Up
The drop off window is between 8:15 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. Please enter the school via the North entrance and follow the road around the back of the school. Please look for an email on the Friday before your child's week indicating which cohort they are in. You will drop off and pick up your child by the arena. At pick up time, please enter the school via the North entrance and follow the road around the back of the school. The pick up window is between 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Our after care program runs from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. for an additional cost.
